Four builds. A tailored fit for every 4x4.
Building a 4x4 is not one single thing: it depends on how far you intend to take it. These are the four starting points, from least to most. If you are not sure, we work it out with you.

Daily use
Your 4x4 is your everyday car. Reliability first, with a bit of ability off the tarmac: all-season tyres, lightly uprated suspension and a sump guard.

Trail
Tracks, green lanes and weekends away. Progressive suspension, AT tyres, moderate lift, bull bars and underbody protection. Winch optional.

Expedition
Long, self-sufficient expeditions. Snorkel, auxiliary tanks, load-rated suspension, roof rack, roof tent and dual batteries.

Raid and racing
National raids and bajas. Race damping, roll cage, bucket seats and harnesses, battery cut-off and a build that meets the regulations.
From the idea to the trail in 5 steps
A study first, a fixed quote and a deadline we keep.

The study and the proposal
We look at the vehicle and propose the build that fits your use and your budget, with leading brands and a fixed price.

You give the go-ahead
You go over the components, the timeframe and the price. Only once you're happy do we order parts and book the car in.

Fitting and set-up
We fit, set and adjust everything at our premises: suspension, damping, wheels, underbody protection and accessories, with our own machinery.

Handover and final set-up
We test the car before we hand it over, check the settings, ride heights and torques, and explain how it behaves and what maintenance it needs.
