We build vehicles for trails, overland crossings, trial, competition, raid and daily use. Suspension, damping, wheels, snorkels and whatever accessories the project calls for.
We can get the best out of any vehicle, using parts and components from the leading brands. Before we touch anything we carry out a prior study to find out what you really need, and we match the build to your use and your budget. We have the machinery and the tooling to repair and improve the performance of the original parts, not just to replace them. And the vehicle leaves with its vehicle modification homologation and its roadworthiness test (ITV) in order.
How we approach it
A tailored build, not an off-the-shelf package
No two builds are the same. We start from how you actually use the vehicle —town, trail, expedition or racing—, the mileage you cover and the budget you have, and the fitting plan comes from there.
Our experience racing with our own team ends up in your vehicle: we know what holds up and what doesn't when the terrain gets tough. That's why we propose what fits your use, not the most expensive option.
What we fit
Wheels and tyres
All-terrain or mud-terrain according to the ground you actually cover. BFGoodrich and Cooper, on steel or aluminium wheels, with the geometry set up.
Snorkels and protection
Snorkels for wading and dust, and custom-made duralumin skid plates. Also differential locks and bumpers made in the workshop.
Homologation and ITV
A build that does not pass the ITV is no use to anyone. We handle the full homologation of the modifications and the periodic ITV.
